Order processing

       Upon placing order, it will usually take 4-5 business days for the parcel to reach your doorstep.

       - Within Malaysia: RM7,

        - Order above RM100 is entitled to free shipping.

Refund and return policies

       Amberynne aims to deliver quality product to meet the needs of customers.

       Under reasonable cases where you are dissatisfied with our product, we provide 5-days return policy to all customers.

       All returns must fulfill the Terms and Condition.
       - Item must be returned in original condition, with its original packaging.
       - Item that you would like to return must be mailed back to us within 5 working days upon receiving your parcel.
       - Buyers must bear the return postage fee.
       - Amberynne is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive to our store. 
       - Upon checking and confirmation on item condition, we will proceed with refund transferring to your bank account.

       We strongly advice customer to contact us for more information before mailing the item back to us.
